Pope Francis, presidents Michelle Bachelet of Chile, Nicolas Maduro of Venezuela and Jose Mujica of Uruguay, and Mexican filmmaker Alfonso Cuaron are the Latin Americans named by TIME magazine to its list of the "100 most influential people in the world."
